Cancellation & Refund Policy
Freshly prepared food cannot be restocked, so whether an order can be cancelled depends on whether the kitchen has started it.
You can cancel free of charge any time before the kitchen starts your order — normally within 5 minutes of placing it. A prepaid order is refunded in full.
